On Saturday we went to the World Famous Canter's Deli on Fairfax with a groupon I'd purchased! J got the pastrami sandwich which was sooooooo goood. It didn't need mustard or anything. Mmmmm I could eat that pastrami every single day and we gobbled it up before I could take a picture ooops!
Afterwards we walked over to a thrift shop where I got the cutest top ever for $5 :) pics coming soon!
Then we went to LACMA for some culture. I love LACMA! I have a membership and it's great because it's good for me and another adult for a whole year. It definitely pays to have a membership because now we always have something to "do" when we have no other plans and we don't want to spend a bunch of money! We fed the parking meters two or three dollars and took in a couple hours of culture (which is about my limit at museums!)

Later that night we used a travelzoo deal that J purchased for dinner at The 6 Restaurant where we feasted on corn saute and tacos for appetizers followed by salmon and steak frites. YUM!! The deal also included two glasses of wine :)
We were soooo stuffed but still had just enough room for dessert. So on the way back to J's we stopped at Lucys 51 where we had awesome martinis and the BEST creme brulee we have ever had. I wish I could eat it all day, every day.
